Are all services included in the prices?
Yes. There are no hidden costs. Hosting and domain are completely free in the first year, after which they cost around £75 (€90) a year. For a .ie domain, you pay the registrar directly, around €37 a year plus VAT. Hosting stays in the package. Concept, design, build, introduction, business email and 2 rounds of revisions are included in the fixed price.
Why are your prices public instead of “price on request”?
Because I value full cost transparency and honesty. I work as a freelance web designer without an expensive sales team and without middlemen. You know straight away where you stand, with no sales pressure.
What affects the final project price?
The number of pages, specific extra features such as booking systems or integrations, and individual design requests. You always receive a binding fixed-price quote before work begins, once I have discussed your requirements with you.
Are there ongoing costs after the first year?
After the first year, you only pay for your server and your domain, around £75 (€90) a year. There are no compulsory subscriptions or hidden service contracts. A monthly maintenance package from £40 (€49) is entirely optional.
How does payment work?
A deposit invoice before the project starts and the final invoice after successful project acceptance. Easy payment by SEPA bank transfer with a 14-day payment term.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. As standard, the amount is split into two parts: a deposit at the start and the balance after project acceptance. If needed, I am happy to agree an individual payment plan with you.
Do the prices also apply to multilingual websites?
A website in one main language of your choice (e.g. English or Polish) is included in the base price. Additional language versions are priced individually, depending on the number of pages and languages.
