How the process works
From the first idea to a turnkey website: a transparent process with no surprises.
1. Initial consultation
You describe what you need. I suggest the best solution and prepare a quote, with no commitment on your part.
2. Contract & concept
You sign the contract digitally in 30 seconds on your smartphone. The contract sets out the scope of work, completion date, fixed price and full usage rights. Before the site goes live, you get a preview and I make the changes you ask for.
3. Go-live
The website goes live on the server and Google indexes the content. Hosting and your chosen domain are fully included for the first year. I take care of the entire set-up.
4. Support & growth
I remain your reliable point of contact: backups, security updates and 24/7 monitoring. If you need changes or have questions, a short message is all it takes. After the first year, hosting including the domain costs only around £75 (€90) a year, and everything remains 100% your property.

How much does a professional website cost?
Transparent fixed prices: websites from £910 / €1,070, one-page sites from £570 / €670, online shops from £1,250 / €1,470. No hidden costs. You will find all the details and options on my pricing page.
How long does it take?
One-page site: 3 to 5 days. Complete business website: around 2 weeks. Online shop: 2 to 3 weeks. Deadlines I keep, with no delays.
Can I edit the content myself later?
WordPress: Yes, after a short introduction you can easily edit text and images yourself. Static site: maximum speed and security, and I handle any later changes for you. I am happy to advise you on which solution suits your project best.
How do hosting and the domain work?
The first year of hosting & domain is included in the fixed price. After that, it costs around £75 (€90) a year. A .co.uk or .com domain is included, registered to your business, and 100% yours. If your business is registered outside Ireland, a .ie domain needs proof that you sell there: an invoice to an Irish customer or a letter from your accountant. You pay for a .ie domain directly to the registrar, around €37 a year plus VAT. Hosting stays included.
What happens if technical problems arise?
Ongoing maintenance: regular backups, security updates and monitoring. If you have questions, you can reach me directly. One fixed point of contact who treats you as an equal, and zero stress for you.
Which languages do you build websites in?
English and Polish are standard. On request, I also offer German, French, Dutch and other languages. One website can offer several language versions side by side. Visitors from the UK and Ireland see the English version, visitors from other countries see their own language.
Do you work exclusively with WordPress?
No. WordPress gives you the flexibility to edit the site yourself. For clients who want maximum loading speed and rarely change their text, I build static websites that are especially lean and lightning-fast. I am happy to advise you on which approach is more cost-effective for you.
Will I receive a proper invoice?
Yes. A proper invoice for every project. Invoiced under the German small business scheme (§ 19 UStG, German VAT Act). You receive a transparent digital contract and an official invoice.
How quickly will the new site appear on Google?
Google usually indexes a new site within a few days to two weeks. Search engine optimisation is an ongoing process. The first measurable results usually appear after 1 to 3 months. I give you realistic estimates, not empty promises.
My business is not registered yet. Can I still get started?
Of course. I build your website in advance, ready to go, so it can go live on the very day your business is officially registered. Many of my clients started out in exactly this way.
